Returns and Exchange

When receiving the package, the delivered item does not match the order? Did the order items get mixed up? Is the item damaged? Any other questions? Unfortunately, misunderstandings happen — tell us about the issue, and we will resolve it quickly. If the product is returned by the Buyer due to a delay in the dispatch of the order caused by the Seller's fault and the product is no longer relevant for the Buyer, and/or in case of a mismatch between the received items and the order placed by the Buyer, and/or in case of significant defects in the product indicating its poor quality, the Seller covers the costs of courier or delivery services when exchanging or returning such a product. In all other cases, the Buyer covers the delivery costs for the exchange and return of the product.

Law 'On Consumer Protection'

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994 'On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”' approves the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange/return:

  • personal hygiene items,
  • perfume and cosmetic products,
  • toothbrushes,
  • combs and massage brushes,
  • aerosol-packed goods.

What can be returned:

We are ready to consider the return of a product of proper quality on a case-by-case basis, so you can contact us within 2 days if:

  • the product was not used and shows no signs of use,
  • the product is fully complete, and it has its original packaging,
  • the product is exactly the one sold by our store.

Refunds

Funds are refunded via bank transfer to the details provided by the Buyer. Refunds take an average of up to three business days after the returned product is received at the warehouse.

We recommend:

When receiving the order, always carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of the courier or Nova Poshta employee or at the pickup point. You can always visually assess the product upon receipt, and if it doesn’t suit you, refuse it.

The product cannot be returned after a single use or if the packaging is damaged.

Claims regarding the appearance of the product are only accepted at the time of delivery or receipt at Nova Poshta or the pickup point.
